The Palomino Islands tour takes place offshore the central coast of Peru, specifically about 6 miles (approximately 11 kilometers) offshore from the port of Callao. It is only 20 minutes from Jorge Chávez Airport.

To visit the Palomino Islands, there is no specific season to choose from as the tour is suitable year-round; the only detail to consider is the number of visitors.

You should remember vacation dates (from December to March) or holidays, as the influx of people will be greater when trying to book a yacht or boat to better enjoy the tour.

The Palomino Islands tour takes place at sea level. Only when ascending to the highest points of the islands could there be an elevation change, but it is no more than 50 meters.

The highest altitude we will reach during the tour is 385 meters (1,263 feet), which will be when we visit San Lorenzo Island.

Yes, it is possible to take the Palomino Islands Tour, but you should consider the following:

• To access the boats, you need to walk on an uneven surface within the Port of Callao.
• We will disembark on some islands for short walks, on sandy or rocky beaches.
• The trails on some islands are made of uneven earth and are not 100% accessible.
• To snorkel, you need to swim a little and float using a life jacket. If you have any physical mobility limitation, you will be able to appreciate the marine life from the boat.
