Known as a destination for sandboarding, the Huacachina oasis is a place worth visiting because of its location, hidden among the golden desert dunes on the outskirts of the Ica region.

Paracas, Ica & Huacachina Sandboarding

• Firstly, we will start the tour in the early morning, picking you up from your hotel between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m., this depending on the location of your hotel.
• Once in our mobility, we will head south, towards the largest desert in Peru: the Ica desert.
• So, once we reach Paracas Bay, we will start the excursion to the Ballestas Islands tour by taking a motorboat. On the way to the Ballestas Islands, we can appreciate the Candelabro (a large geoglyph).
• Around the crossbow islands, we will see the sea lions in their natural habitat.
• Then, we will continue the trip to the province of Ica arriving to get to know the culture and gastronomy with a typical lunch.
• After that, we will go for approximately 30 minutes to the Huacachina, where you will take a pure adrenaline ride in tubular (buggies), and you can also do the sandboarding (sliding on boards).
• Later, you will have free time to walk around the Oasis, take a boat ride, take photos or buy handicrafts.
• Finally, we will arrive in Lima between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. approximately.
