Rainbow Mountain Tour Full Day - Vinincunca Tour - Group Service

The Rainbow Mountain or Vinicunca Mountain is the product of an impressive and peculiar geological formation, which allows us to appreciate different shades of colors such as red, green, purple, yellow, pink, etc. Due to its striking and peculiar appearance, it has become one of the major tourist attractions in Cusco.

The 7 Colores Mountain is located 100 kilometers southeast of the city of Cusco, on a peak located in the province of Canchis, belonging to the town of Pitumarca.

The only ticket you need is the entrance to the 7 Colors Mountain (not included). This ticket costs s/. 25.00 Nuevos Soles per person.

The best season to do the tour to the 7 Colors Mountain is during the dry season, which goes from April to October. During this season weather conditions are more stable, with less rain, clear skies and bright sunshine. There is less chance of precipitation on the trail.

The Seven Colors Mountain hike takes place at an altitude of 5,036 m/16,522 ft, a considerable elevation, so acclimatization at least two days before the hike is recommended.

This excursion is recommended for people from 12 to 60 years old. Because the route is short and the terrain is accessible.

We understand that everyone has different needs and abilities, but unfortunately due to the characteristics of the rugged terrain of the Andes Mountains, we cannot operate the tour for people with limited mobility. The safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us.

The initial deposit allows us to guarantee all the necessary services for your 7 Colors Mountain tour. This includes:

• Entrance fees to the 7 Colors Mountain.
• Staff such as guides, whose services must be booked in advance.
• Touristic and logistic transportation exclusively for the group.

This way, when we receive your deposit (50% of the total cost of the tour) we can assure you the availability of the best services for your tour dates and avoid last-minute problems.

Remember that the 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The balance payment must be made in CASH (recommended) and in DOLLARS (it can also be in soles, subject to the exchange rate of the day), directly at our offices in Cusco, no later than 24 hours before the start date of your tour. Otherwise, the balance payment must be made directly to your guide on the same day the tour starts.

If for any reason your arrival in Cusco is delayed, we ask you to contact us by email or phone to coordinate a new payment date.

It is very important to pay the balance before the start of the tour to ensure that all tourist services are properly coordinated. In case we do not receive the balance payment within the established term and without any communication from your part for eventual delays, we will, unfortunately, be forced to cancel your reservation.

The beginning of your trip starts with the pick up at your hotel, preferably your accommodation should be within the historic center of Cusco. If this is not the case with previous coordination we will indicate the meeting or pick-up point.
